The Conversion Rules
- For Bands: EU bands are the underbust measurement in centimetres. To estimate your EU band from a UK band, add 5 (e.g. UK 34 + 5 = EU 75 approx). However, the exact conversion requires the chart above.
- For Cups: Up to a D cup, UK and EU letters are identical (A, B, C, D). After D, the UK uses double letters (DD, FF) whereas Europe continues with single letters (E, F, G).
- French Sizing: French (FR) bands are exactly 15 higher than European bands. So an EU 75 is an FR 90. The cups remain the same as EU cups.
