Sizing & Fitting Profile
Substantial projection with a natural downward slope. Breasts carry physical weight that requires a firm underband anchor to prevent the shoulder straps from digging in or slipping.
Technical Fit Parameters
⚠️ Common Fit Warnings for D Cups
Shoulder straps digging red grooves; center gore floating away from the breastbone.
How to Measure Your Cup Size at Home
Wrap the tape tight around your ribcage directly below the breasts. Keep parallel to the floor, breathe out naturally. Round to closest even number.
Measure across the fullest part of your bust lightly (nipple line). Lean forward 45° if breasts are projected to gather all tissue.
Subtract Band from Bust. Every inch represents a cup letter: 1" = A, 2" = B, 3" = C, 4" = D, 5" = DD, 6" = E.
Sister Sizing volume principle
Sizing letters are relative. When you change band sizes, you must inverse the cup letter to preserve tissue volume:
Visual Sizing FAQ
A 32DD cup carries roughly 750 cc per breast. A 32G holds 1,350 cc — nearly double the volume. G cups have significantly more projection and require reinforced double-tempered steel wires to support.
Bra cup size is a ratio, not a static volume. A 36C has a much wider cup footprint and holds a larger amount of tissue (approx. 500cc) than a 32C (approx. 330cc).
Every 6 to 12 months, or after major hormonal cycles, weight gains/losses, or pregnancy stages, since breast composition easily fluctuates.
